I’m Mike Brilla—husband, proud dad of two awesome boys, teacher, coach, and lifelong student of performance. I began teaching and coaching scholastically in 2004, and over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with athletes in individual sports as they navigate pressure, expectations, and the emotional highs and lows of competition. I’m a Certified Mental Performance Coach through Lindsay Wilson’s Positive Performance, where everything I’d felt as an athlete and observed as a coach finally clicked—especially how the brain responds under pressure. My mission is simple: to help athletes stay steady under pressure, build confidence that lasts, and take ownership of their performances by mastering their emotions, focus, and preparation. This work isn’t just about better results—it’s about helping athletes separate who they are from how they perform, compete freely, and carry these skills into life beyond sport.
